Il lavoro indaga il fenomeno dei fitti turistici brevi o short-term rentals (STR) attraverso uno specifico caso di studio riferito a Napoli. Due i principali aspetti analizzati: 1) la spazializzazione del fenomeno Airbnb a scala suburbana; 2) gli impatti che l’offerta di STR produce o, in prospettiva, rischia di produrre nelle diverse aree della città.
